Mango Frozen Yogurt

Author Notes: Even though this isn't a true "froyo" it's an awesome healthy dessert that's fast and easy. The consistency should be similar to a soft sorbet. If it's too runny, add more frozen mango chunks. If it's too thick, add more yogurt.MangoTango

Serves 2

  • 1 cup Frozen mango chunks
  • 2 cups Natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 sprig Mint
  1. Blend mango, yogurt and honey together with a hand held blender.
  2. Serve in two small bowls garnished with mint.
  3. Serve immediately.
