- 1 4" Piece of Ciabatta
- 4 Slices Smoked Turkey
- 1 Fuji or Honey Crisp Apple, sliced thinly
- handfuls Asst Baby Greens
- 2 pieces Provolone
- Olive Oil
- Sweet Mustard
- Salt & Pepper
- Slice Ciabatta lengthwise, Pull out some of the center bread. Sprinkle both sides with Olive Oil. Lightly apply Mayo and Sweet Mustard to bottom half. Sprinkle both pieces with Salt & Pepper. Layer from bottom: Smoked Turkey, Apple Slices, Greens, Provolone, Top of Sammy. Wrap tightly in plastic, put in refrigerator, place a brick on top. Press overnight. This Sandwich travels extremely well, and you can add adult ingredients, such as onions and fresh peppers.
