Serves 1

  • 1 4" Piece of Ciabatta
  • 4 Slices Smoked Turkey
  • 1 Fuji or Honey Crisp Apple, sliced thinly
  • handfuls Asst Baby Greens
  • 2 pieces Provolone
  • Olive Oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet Mustard
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Slice Ciabatta lengthwise, Pull out some of the center bread. Sprinkle both sides with Olive Oil. Lightly apply Mayo and Sweet Mustard to bottom half. Sprinkle both pieces with Salt & Pepper. Layer from bottom: Smoked Turkey, Apple Slices, Greens, Provolone, Top of Sammy. Wrap tightly in plastic, put in refrigerator, place a brick on top. Press overnight. This Sandwich travels extremely well, and you can add adult ingredients, such as onions and fresh peppers.
