Chocolate Lava Cake for Two

Molten chocolate lava cake made just for two! Its simple to make with only 6 ingredients & will probably make people fall in love with you! —Three Hungry Bellies

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 10 tablespoons cake flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 4 tablespoons milk
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium sized bowl combine the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar together.
  3. Next add in the egg, oil, and milk. Whisk until there are no lumps and everything has been incorporated.
  4. Grease two ramekins with butter and then dust with cocoa powder. Be sure to shake off the excess coco powder.
  5. Equally divided the batter between the two ramekins.
  6. Bake for 8 minutes and once they are done carefully run a knife around the edge so that you loosen up the cake.
  7. Next, place a plate on top of one of the ramekin and quickly flip the ramekin over so that its resting on the plate. Carefully remove the ramekin.
  8. Serve with ice cream and eat immediately!

How do you get the molten part in the middle? I don’t see any ingredient for it....

This was such a bizarre recipe... there was nowhere near enough liquid so I had to put in double the quantity of liquid and it then tasted very odd.
