Author Notes

Mug cakes have been popular since 2009. This version of a mug cake is easier, simpler and quicker than measuring out half a dozen or more ingredients in small amounts. Use a pancake batter, some fat or oil spray, and a sweet or savory garnish ingredient. Easy and good for breakfast or a snack. —Nancy
