Serves 4

  • 1 package kielbasa
  • 1 med. onion (sliced)
  • 3-4 med. potatoes (cut in lg. cubes
  • 1 can beef broth
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 can green beans (drained)
  1. Place everything in covered skillet except the green beans, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add green beans during the last 5 minutes.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
