Raw mango season started we have 3 mango trees every year we get more than 100 kilograms of mangoes some we stew or preserve and we make different types of pickles now I would like to share this easy pickle recipe with you.

Ingredients

Raw mangoes - 10

Red Kashmir chili powder - 2 cup

Salt - 2 table spoons

Salt - 2 table spoons

Viniger 1 cup(We used coconut tody viniger)

Mustard seeds - 2 teaspoon

fenugreek seeds- 1/2 teaspoon

Asafetida - 1/2 teaspoon

Garlic 1/cup

Sesame oil 1 cup tbsp
Directions

Cut mangoes in your desired size pieces

Mix together mangoes with Viniger,oil, salt, chili powder, fenugreek ,Garlic ,mustard powder, and asafetida.

Mix well and fill in dry airtight bottle.
