Makes 24

Dark Chocolate Espresso Frosting

  • 1 packet butter
  • 2/3 cups darkest cocoa powder you can find
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup STRONG Espresso
  • 1 dash pure vanilla extract

Chocolate Cupcakes

  • 24 cupcakes
  1. Melt the butter almost fully and stir in cocoa & vanilla. Add powdered sugar and espresso alternating until fully incorporated.

all I get is #1, nothing about how long to bake them, or at what temperature. Nothing about the frosting, what type or how to make it!
