This pair of small-batch syrups uses only real ingredients (nothing you can't pronounce, we promise), tastes incredible, and comes in a prettily designed bottle to boot. When mixed with sparkling water, the ginger syrup makes a soda that is not quite as spicy as a ginger beer but is by no means light on ginger like some store-bought ginger ale. Also use it to make your favorite ginger-spiked cocktail (a Dark and Stormy is the first on our list.) Cream soda is a soda fountain classic (and yes, it's a perennial favorite lollipop flavor). We like this version best because it uses sundried Tahitian vanilla beans for depth of flavor. It's sweet but still refreshing—and we would certainly not argue with adding a splash of bourbon come five o'clock.
