Author Notes

This is an adaptation of my husband's grandmother's Doris's, Lazy Pie. We added ground flax seed to the crust, reduced the sugar and fat and, enjoy this frequently. The Lazy Late Winter comes from using the remaining frozen fruits you have in the freerzer from last year's harvest, therefore making room for the new Spring vegetables, if you really need room in your freezer. You can also use canned or fresh fruit as well. —Witch in the Kitch
