Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening or oil
  • milk
Directions
  1. Put egg in cup and fill to 1 cup mark with milk. Blend dry ingredients. Add milk and egg and shortening. Cook 400 or less for 10 - 12+ minutes till browned in greased muffin pan.
