Ingredients
  • Everything you need
  • 1/4 cup Salmon Roe
  • several splashes Ponzu sauce
  • 12 pieces cucumber slices
  • Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese, softened
Directions
  1. Slice cucumber into even slices. Top each with a dollop of cream cheese, 1/2 tea spoon of Salmon Roe, and a splash of Ponzu sauce. If you like things spicy, squeeze a drop or two of a hot sauce, like Sriracha on top. Serve cold!
