Chicken boullion or chicken broth organic free range is best

boneless skinless Chicken Breast

2 ribs of celery

Hominy, canned, white or purple

diced white onions raw on the side

Iceberg Lettuce

cup
jalapeno, raw sliced on the side
1
pinch
oregano
3
sprigs
cilantro
tostadas or corn chips on the side
1
achiote paste 1 cube
1
piece
lime for garnish
Directions
saute sliced chicken till browned add water to top chicken and add broth
add rest of ingredients
i added butternut squash to this recipe once and it was amazing
