marinated lanb tenderloin salt chilli powder, seal it ,saute spinach with onion and garilc drain the water,make the boiled rice and mahkani gray mix togather make pastefrist apply rice mix around the fillet then the spinach then roll with puff pastry

pre heat the oven 250 put the dish in side the oven 7munits ouside of puffpastry

pre heat the oven 250 dregree then put dish inside 5 munits the puff pastry golen brown law the heat down 100 for 10 munits when the puff is curst take and serve
