Ingredients
  • 1 packet hamburger
  • 1 packet lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 tablespoons of oxo beef liquid
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 1/4 cabbage
  • 4 potatoes
  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 can of peas
  • 1 can of tomatoes
  • 1 can of beans
Directions
  1. Fry hamburger - drain excess fat away and crumble into small pieces.
  2. Add to large pot with oxo liquid and lipton onion soup mix. Simmer for about 1.2 an hour.
  3. Add 2 onions sliced. Shred carrots and cabbage and add to mixture.
  4. Dice Celery and potatoes and add.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1.2 an hour.
  6. Add peas, and tomatoes.
