Ingredients
  • WHAT YOU WILL NEED!
  • 3-4 pieces LARG CHICKEN BREASTS
  • 2 16 oz packets OF YOUR FAVORITE SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 1 8oz packets OF YOUR FAVORITE SHREDDED CHEESE
  • 1 bunch GREEN ONIONS
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons GARLIC POWDER
  • 1 28oz CAN OF GREEN OR RED MILD ENCHILADA SAUCE
  • 1 12 0z CAN OF SLICED BLACK OLIVES (FOR GARNISH
  • 12 FLOUR TORTILLAS (8inch)
  • THE MIX
Directions
  1. BOIL THE CHICKEN!
  2. SHRED THE CHICKEN AND LET IT COOL
  3. CHOP HALF THE GREEN ONIONS
  4. SET A SIDE
  5. IN A LARGE BOWL MIX THE 16OZ BAG OF CHEESE
  6. 16OZ TUB OF SOUR CREME
  7. A HANDFULL OF GREEN ONIONS
  8. THE SHREDDED CHICKEN
  9. AND THE GARLIC POWDER
  10. USE A 9X13 GLASS PAN
  11. POUR SOME SAUCE ON A DINNER PLATE DIP A TORTILLA IN THE PLATE OF SAUCE AND PLACE IN YOUR GLASS PAN PUT IN SOME OF YOUR MIXTURE AND ROLL IT AND CONTINUE TILL YOUR PAN IS FULL.
  12. POUR MORE SAUCE OVER THE WHOLE THING ADD THE OTHER BAG OF SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP AND MORE GREEN ONIONS AND BLACK OLIVES FOR GARNISH
  13. BAKE! PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 BAKE 45min TO 1hr.
