Ingredients
  • 1 pound Potatoes
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 piece Celery
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger
  • 1 piece Garlic
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 bunch Basil
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 dash Salt
  • 1 dash Pepper
Directions
  1. Place the potatoes, onion, celery, ginger, garlic and water in a saucepan and cook until the potato is soft.
  2. Add the fresh basil.
  3. Grind and season with salt, pepper and olive oil.
