Easy to make and tasty Thai turkey and rice recipe is mouthwatering and budget friendly as well. This Thai version of recipe is a great way to use up the leftovers. Blend of Turkey tenderloins with rice, chicken broth, soy suce and seasoning of salt and pepper give it nice taste that everyone in your family would love to eat.   1. 1/2 cup chopped Onion 1 tbsp Oil 3 minced Garlic cloves 1/2 pound sugar snap Peas 1/2 cup shredded Carrots 3 cups cubed, cooked turkey tenderloin 3/4 cup reduced-sodium Chicken broth 1/4 cup rice Vinegar 2 tbsp Sugar 2 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tsp crushed red Pepper 1 cup cooked rice 2 tbsp chopped Basil leaves Salt to taste Ground black Pepper 4 Lime wedges
  2. Step 1: In a bowl, mix broth, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, and pepper flakes well. Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, then add onion and garlic, and cook until onion becomes soft.
