Author Notes

I'm pretty lazy when it comes to making dessert — especially when I'm jonesing for something sweet now. As in NOW. Where is it already?! I also like to taste the purity of ingredients, rather than having them drowning in an avalanche of flavours. So this is my two-second dessert, which takes two seconds to make because sometimes you need a fix NOW. —Iris9

Ingredients
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 drizzle of whipping cream
  • 1 sprinkling of cinnamon or cardamom
  • 1 sprinkling of sugar
Directions
  1. Slice up the freshest, best nectarine you can find and drizzle whipping cream over it. Anoint it with a sprinkle of sugar and cinnamon or grated cardamom, if you're not too lazy. Or leave it off. It's fine as is. It's fruit. You'll like it.
