For Gazpacho Salsa Add

jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped

1/4 cup
chopped fresh cilantro

For Greek salsa Add

1 teaspoon
chopped fresh oregano

1 cup
kalamata olives, coarsely chopped, mix before you add cheese

sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese, do not mix after you add cheese.

For Fruit salsa Add

2 tablespoons
chopped fresh parsley

1 tablespoon
chopped fresh basil

2-3 cups
diced mango, papaya, peach, plums or pineapple

For Black beans salsa Add

1/4 cup
chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

can(19 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

jalapeno, seeded, finely chopped
Directions

In a bowl put all ingredients for individual salsa and toss.
