chocolate chunks
Directions

Heat your oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Add all dry ingredients together in a large bowl and add the eggs, butter and amaretto. Form a smooth dough and lastly add the almonds and chocolate chunks. Divide the dough into two and make two long rolls. Set onto the baking sheet and bake for 20- 25 minutes - the cantuccini should be slightly brown. Cool down for a few minutes and reduce the oven temperature to 110°C. Cut the cantuccini into small pieces and bake again for 10 minutes.
