Aperol Spritz is the perfect drink for sipping throughout the year, whether it’s the first drink on a balmy summer evening or on an autumnal afternoon - the sparkling, bitter-sweet taste makes it the ideal choice for any occasion. It's a fantastic serve to share with friends come rain or shine – creating a unique ‘Aperitivo Hour’ for all to enjoy. —X

Ingredients
  • 1 Chilled bottle of Prosecco
  • 1 Bottle of Aperol
  • 1 Chilled bottle of soda
  • 1 Bag of ice cubes
  • 1 Large orange, sliced
  • 6 Balloon glasses or large wine glasses
Directions
  1. 1. Fill the glasses generously with cubed ice
  2. 2. First pour 3 Parts of Prosecco (75ml) over the ice
  3. 3. Then, pour 2Parts Aperol (50ml) into each glass in a circular movement
  4. 4. Finish with a dash of Soda (25ml)
  5. 5. Garnish with a slice of orange.

This is the perfect recipe for the Aperol Spritz. 3-2-1.
3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol, 1 part club soda.
For those who think that the club soda is non-essential, it keep the Aperol from sinking to the bottom. That's why the Aperol is always added last!.
