"This is a great recipe that I found in my Grandma's recipe book. Judging from the weathered look of this recipe card, this was a family favorite."

I'm not a big pancake fan but these are off the chart!!!!!! Light, fluffy and not too sweet. Now when my husband wants pancakes, I'm all for them. Recipe is so simple and easy to make. I'm making sure I take the recipe with me when I visit my grandkids in March. Only use real butter and real New England maple syrup 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

really nice thick fluffy pancakes. made into a big stack for my roommate's birthday breakfast, and I hope this isn't blasphemous, but we added gharadilli milk chocolate chips.

This is the best pancake recipe. I always get lots of compliments when I make this. Before finding this recipe, pancakes where just average, now they are a new level of delicious. The texture isn’t amazing. I also enjoy the intro story about finding it in your grandmother’s collection with weathered corners. Thank you for sharing this publicly!
