Ingredients
  • Vinaigrette
  • 4 ounces strawberries, stems removed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • Salad
  • Arugula or Spinach
  • Strawberries, chopped
  • Gorgonzola cheese
Directions
  1. Vinaigrette
  2. Blend everything together in a food processor or mixer. I like to double up the recipe and save extra for salads throughout the week.
  1. Salad
  2. You can make this as leafy or as heavy as you like. I try to put in twice as much strawberry mass as the cheese while I’m mixing everything.
