Ingredients
  • 225 grams butter
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 275 grams flour
  • 350 grams sour cherries
  • 2 tablespoons ice sugar
  • 300 milliliters sweet cream
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 100 grams white chocolate
Directions
  1. Mix butter with sugar. Add cocoa powder and flour. You will get firm dough. Roll out the dough and cut circles out of it. Bake cookies at 200 degrees for 10min. For fruit sauce grund 250g sour cherries with icing sugar. Pass that mixture through a strainer. For white chocolate cream mix sweet cream and add milk and melted white chocolate. Put fruit sauce on the plate and on the sauce add one cookie. Stuff it with a little cream and fresh cherries. Then add another cookie and repeat with cream. You will get tower with 3 cookies and two layers of cream and sour cherries. At the end you can sprinkle the top biscuit with icing sugar.
