We're bonkers for Seedlip, the non-alcoholic spirit from the UK (and available in our Shop!). This citrusy cocktail has just a hint of spice. It's everything nice. —Olivia Bloom

Ingredients
  • 2 ounces Seedlip Spice 94
  • 0.75 ounces Lemon juice
  • 1 ounce Grapefruit juice
  • 0.15 ounces Sugar syrup
  • 1 Star anise
Directions
  1. Add all your ingredients to a shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake, shake, shake until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  3. Strain it into a pretty coupe (or any ol' glass will do).
  4. If you're feeling extra fancy, garnish with an edible flower. Or float the star anise on top.
