Ingredients
  • 1 1 1/2-inch thick slice (110g) goat cheese, cut from a log
  • 15 rosemary leaves
  • 3 tablespoons runny honey
  • Crusty bread, to serve
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. Place the cheese in a small baking dish with a lid (the more snugly the cheese fits, the better it will hold together). Top with the rosemary leaves and the honey, cover, and place in the oven. Cook for about 12 to 13 minutes, by which time the cheese will have started to melt and become deliciously runny. Remove from the oven carefully, as the honey will be bubbling and very hot.
  2. Leave to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with plenty of crusty bread for smearing and dunking.

I don't understand the picture. It looks like the cheese is in two cardboard boxes.

I agree - looks like a cheese with a rind, and a layer of ash or something running through the middle. Recipe combo sounds good - but the photo does not look like the recipe (rosemary leaves on it etc.)
