Don't wait until Summer to make these!
They are snarf good, and much less messy than campfire S'mores! Besides, who wants to fiddle w/ wire hangers and burned marshmallows when you could just make these? :) —Miss_Karen

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups Unbleached All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Mini Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Jet Puffed Vanilla Mallo Bits (mini marshmallows)
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream the butter and sugars. Add the eggs and vanilla extract.
  3. Stir in the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in the mallow bits and chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into 1" balls and then place onto parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake about 6-8 minutes.

Thank you! Yes, I usually have to double the recipe too. The unique taste takes people by surprise -but then they can't stop munching on them.
