Author Notes

This cocktail, a riff on the Dark & Stormy, was inspired by one of 2018’s most acclaimed documentaries, RBG, which details the life and legacy of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. This gingery, fizzy drink usually just calls for vodka, lime juice, and ginger beer; here, we swap the lime juice for lemon, muddle fresh ginger for a little bit of extra punch, and add a splash of Cointreau and simple syrup to balance those citrusy, zingy flavors.

This was extremely yummy for girls night in - since we can't do girls night out... It didn't taste too gingery. Great Fall drink!
