Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Thai red chile, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (preferably palm or coconut sugar)
  • 2 limes, juice of
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
Directions
  1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
  2. Add water to adjust the taste to your liking.
