Use up all your leftover herbs in this tasty low-fat dip. Great for dipping raw veggies in!

Ingredients

2 cups
plain Wünder Quark

1/3 cup
thinly sliced scallion (white & dark green parts, divided)

1 handful
finely sliced dill and mint, or any fresh herbs you have on hand such as tarragon or parsley

coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Persian cucumbers, carrots, or crackers (optional)
Directions

Combine quark with just the white parts of the scallion, season with salt and pepper. Gently fold in the herbs (do NOT stir the dip mixture aggressively or it will become too loose).

Once combined, leave in a fridge for 15-20 minutes. When ready to serve, gently drizzle olive oil, green parts of the scallion, and the remaining herbs (optional). Enjoy with veggies or crackers!
