I created this recipe to enhance the vegetarian fare we offer each wednesday, however, you can also use this fro any meats or fish, as well as a dry rub for #BBQ or #Braising. I decided to post this because i figure a lot of people who may #boycott #Goya will looking for an Adobo recipe. feel free to
leave out any ingredient or add any ingredient or adjust the quantity to make it you own. thats the terrific thing about Adobo, you can customize it to your heart's content. It also travels well. I'm @darrel3000 everywhere, including at gmail, so don't hesitate to ask me questions. —@darrel3000
