Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces blanco tequila
  • 1.5 ounces grilled pear juice
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces soda water
Directions
  1. To make grilled pear juice: slice one pear into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that pear doesn't stick. Char pear slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish, and juice remaining slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except for the soda water, into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain the cocktail into a Collins glass over ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with a grilled pear wedge.
