Ingredients
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 3/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce grilled cantaloupe juice
Directions
  1. To make grilled cantaloupe juice: slice one cantaloupe into 1/2 inch thick pieces. Oil grates of grill so that cantaloupe doesn't stick. Char cantaloupe slices and let cool. Reserve one slice for garnish, and juice remaining slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grilled cantaloupe wedge.
