Pasta was born in Italy and travelling throughout the world in different forms and names. It's a very simple and easy to make within few minutes, when you feel hungry.
Its beginners and bachelors friendly recipe. late night eaters will have fun with this. Generally people make three types of pasta which are bolognese, alfredo, and pesto. But we can do a lot more with pasta —macaronandme

Ingredients
  • Pasta
  • 1 cup Pasta
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • few sprigs Mint
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilly flakes
  • 1 piece Garlic, crushed
  • 5 pieces Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
Directions
  1. Pasta
  2. Boil water added with salt and cook pastas for 10 minutes till soft and drain.
  3. In a pan add butter and oil when it heats up add mint and cook till aroma arises.
  4. Add garlic stir in and add pasta saute a while add in tomatoes and red chilly flakes saute well.
  5. Add salt to taste and remove from fire then add lemon juice and parmesan Serve hot...🍴
  1. TIPS: Adding oil with butter prevents butter from burning. Fresh mint or dried mint can be used. Dried mint gives different flavour to the dish. For drying Mint just keep them in a shaded place for 2-3 days and store in an airtight container for few months. You can crush them and add minty flavour to any dish. If you don't have cherry tomatoes, you can use small sized tomatoes cut into cubes. Any kind of cheese can be added instead of parmesan. Instead of spiral pasta can add penne pasta or macaroni
