Pumpkin seeds

Chea seeds

Apple juice

Dark chocolate (72%)

White sesame seeds

Mixed raisins

Dry blueberries
Directions

Toast the oats and seeds in the oven at 170°C for around 10 min until they become crispy.

Heat up the apple juice, and when hot put it in a large bowl.

Add chocolate to apple juice and stir till it melts.

When the mix is completely liquid add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

Spread the mixture on a tray with baking paper, with a thickness of around 2 cm.

Let the mix rest overnight in a dry environment

Cut your pieces up and enjoy!
