This is a healthy and refreshing recipe for kalamansi juice with honey and water from boiled kamote tops.

Ingredients

6 pieces
kalamansi
-
2-3 tablespoons
honey or sugar

2 cups
kamote tops
-
1 cup
water for boiling

ice cubes
Directions

Rinse kamote tops. Using 2 cups of water, boil it for 10 minutes. Set aside and let cool.

Extract the juice from the kalamansi and set aside.

Pour the cooled water from boiling kamote tops into prepared glass. Do not include kamote tops.

In the glass of kamote-infused water, stir in the kalamansi extract and honey.

Mix well and put ice cubes.
