Author Notes

We came across this dish at a main restaurant at Ritz Carlton in Cancun on our vacation in Mexico. While devouring it, I was plotting how to get a recipe out of our waiter, but he was gracious and just gave it to us with a smile. It has been a while since I got the recipe, but we keep making it regularly. It is a super simple and fast recipe. it normally takes me 15-230 min to prepare it. I also love that I don't have to cook anything. It is a perfect summer recipe, when it is so hot outside, you can sit and enjoy this mouthwatering Baja Tuna Tostadas with a glass of chilled wine. Life is good. —Dlight Photography
