Author Notes
This fuss-free dessert has incredibly special flavors and can be done with accessible ingredients. It's a quick and delightful treat with citrus flavors, combined with tangy Greek yogurt, coconut and intense dark chocolate sauce. For a vegan version, simply use non-dairy milk and non-dairy yogurt (coconut versions are an amazing option in this case!). If you're not using orange cubes; green grapes, star fruit or peach slices also work well. Feel free to create and innovate! The "cold" part can be made ahead of time. —Clarice FV

300 milliliters

Directions
- Parfait

-
Squeeze the lime juice and set it aside.

Mix the coconut flakes/shavings with the Greek yogurt.

Place in 6 small bowls equal amounts of the yogurt and pour the lime juice on top.

Then, place the orange cubes over the yogurt/lime juice. Put the bowls in the fridge to chill for 20 minutes. (Meanwhile, make the chocolate sauce).
- Chocolate Sauce
-
For the chocolate sauce, place all the ingredients in a saucepan. Whisk everything very well.
-
Turn on the heat and let it thicken for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid lumps. In the end, it should be shiny and thick.
-
To assemble, take the cold bowls out of the fridge and pour the warm chocolate sauce on top.
-
Sprinkle the orange zest to garnish. Voilà!
