Ok its just a Chicken Pot Pie Double Crusted and using extra dough I cut out well you guessed it Valentine's Day designs..... So make it your own! —Tiffany Audia

Ingredients

5 cups
All purpose flour
-
12 tablespoons
Butter (salted) COLD & cubed

1 cup
Ice cold water

1 dash
Salt

Can cream of chicken soup

Sour cream

1 tablespoon
Onion powder

Bag of frozen peas and carrots

Russet potatoes diced in bite size chunks
Directions

Add 6 chicken legs to a pot of water and bring to boil OR throw in instant pot about 30 mins to have meat fall off bone. When done rinse( save broth) and pull chicken off bone and shred. Throw bones and skins away.

Add 5 cups flour to big mixing bowl, add 1 cup water , a dash or 2 of salt, 12 tablespoons of butter and mix. Until dough forms. Now with hands try to form a ball the best you can.

On flour surface throw dough on and split into 4 balls. Take each ball and roll out thin and 2 will be for 2 chicken pot pies ( these freese great also)

Roll out and put in 9 inch round pan.

Now grab the pan you cooked chicken in and add chicken back. Now add 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 sour cream , salt,pepper, onion powder, mix and add half to each pan. Simmer chicken and veggies about 5 mins or until littlw potatoes start to get tender.Now roll out tops and cover.

Now any leftover dough roll out and form any shapes you like with cookie cutter or do by hand with knife be careful.

When done. Take 2 eggs and whisk and rub over pies or brush over to give them a nice golden color

Bake at 425 for 38 -40 mins
