Author Notes

I guess we all like spaghetti, and indeed if it's cooked with many ingredients, either with white sauce or red sauce, as typical spaghetti recipe.
The point today is Carbonara, which is a typical Italian recipe, that you can find in restaurants worldwide, but also cook on your own..at home:
A)INGREDIENTS:
-One bag thin spaghetti
-One onion
-A pinch of garlic
-One eg
-A pinch of mint cut to small pieces
-Three slices beacon
-Four slices ham
-White cream
-Grained yellow cheese by preference ''Gouda'', or any other grease grained yellow cheese bought in bag from Super Market

B)PREPARATION
-We put the spaghetti with some salt to get boiled in hot water, in a casserole on stove, round 200 C, till it's well done
-When spaghetti is almost half done, 5 minutes still to be well done, we put the ham, four slices cut into very small pieces along with some butter and white cream (butter optional in this case), after we have put the onion and beacon cut to very small pieces in a frying pan with olive oil, and fry till everything gets fried and has gained brown color. We do this, five minutes before spaghetti is well boiled, by reducing heat of stove at that time.
-Then we put the fried onion and beacon, in spaghetti and mix along with ham and white cream. Then we add a raw broken egg, and we mix further, by also adding mint, and garlic cut to tiny pieces. We keep mixing till everything is well absorbed, and then we add the grained cheese and mix further, by leaving on stove, up to 5-7 min, 170 C by preference.
We see the steam of food coming out, and food is hot. Then we turn off stove and food is ready to serve.
This food is served with cold beer in summer, or red wine.
