This is a healthy home recipe, that you 'll rarely find in a restaurant but you can cook on your own at home.
A)INGREDIENTS
-Half bag of frozen peas from supermarket
-One onion
-Two fresh potatoes peeled
-Some olive oil
-Up to three fresh tomatoes medium size
-Salt and pepper approximately
-Half teaspoonful sugar
-Some drops of balsamico, that you also buy in spermarket
B)PREPARATION
-You squeeze the tomatoes unpeeled along with onion, in blender, after cutting both to small pieces
-You put this blend in a casserole mid size
-Now you throw the peas that are ready from bag, and if they are frozen and stuck, you first put them in a plate to remove ice, and get them unstuck.-
-You put round 2-3 tablespoonful olive oil, along with some salt, pepper, and sugar as above, half teaspoonful.
-You peel potatoes, and cut them to small cubes, and put them to casserole. You mix all this with a big spoon. When all this mix is ready you add some drops of balsamico, which is like sweet, and bit sour red wine, actually containing wine, but also some other substances for taste.
-You turn stove at the beginning to be hot, and as soon as food starts to be done and half ready, you lower temperature, to 1-3 grades max.-Then after half an hour or so, food is ready to serve, with cold beer or Cocal Cola, optional..Very nice and delicious recipes besides being healthy. —Aikaterini Katapodi
