Refreshing and sparkling summer libation. Great for parties as guests can serve themselves . Better have a second pitcher on hand. I keep extra macerated fruit in the fridge for a quick extra batch. —leanneskitchen

Ingredients
  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup white grapes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
  • 750 ml liters bottle Pinot Grigio or Moscato
  • 2 cups sparkling lemonade (can substitute your favorite sparkling flavored water or clear soda)
Directions
  1. Place the fruit in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar. Using the back of a fork, gently crush the fruit and incorporate the sugar into the fruit. Pour the liqueur over the fruit and mix. Refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld. This can be done at least one day in advance.
  2. Before serving, place the fruit in the bottom of a pitcher. Add the Pinot Grigio and lemonade to the pitcher and mix with a long handle spooned. Serve over ice.
