Ingredients
-
1.5 cups
almond flour
-
.5 cups
tapioca flour
-
2 tablespoons
collagen
-
2 teaspoons
baking powder
-
1 tablespoon
pumpkin spice
-
1 teaspoon
cinnamon
-
2
eggs
-
.5 cups
maple syrup
-
3/4 cup
milk
-
1 pinch
salt
-
1 splash
vanilla extract
-
3 tablespoons
coconut oil
Directions
-
Combine both flours, collagen, baking powder, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and salt. For collagen, try Great Lakes Wellness Chai Collagen Hydroslate. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375.
-
In another bowl, add eggs, syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until creamy. Try a creamer for a thicker, sweeter mix.
-
Combine all ingredients and blend in coconut oil. Try Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
-
Grease pan and fill each cup 3/4 of the way to avoid over spilling. Bake about 15 minutes.
-
While those bake, whip up an optional glaze. You'll need another 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of milk.
-
Remove donuts and let cool.
-
Top with glaze drizzle and enjoy!
