Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • .5 cups tapioca flour
  • 2 tablespoons collagen
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • .5 cups maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons coconut oil
Directions
  1. Combine both flours, collagen, baking powder, pumpkin spice, cinnamon and salt. For collagen, try Great Lakes Wellness Chai Collagen Hydroslate. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 375.
  2. In another bowl, add eggs, syrup, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until creamy. Try a creamer for a thicker, sweeter mix.
  3. Combine all ingredients and blend in coconut oil. Try Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil.
  4. Grease pan and fill each cup 3/4 of the way to avoid over spilling. Bake about 15 minutes.
  5. While those bake, whip up an optional glaze. You'll need another 4 tablespoons of maple syrup, 1/2 cup of butter and 1/2 cup of milk.
  6. Remove donuts and let cool.
  7. Top with glaze drizzle and enjoy!
