I have never really been a breakfast person. However after I started exercising in the morning, I decided to hop on the Baked Oats trend and formulated this delicious, high-protein dish that is tasty & replenishes my strength after a grueling workout! —Swara Bhatt

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 20 grams Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 packet Starbucks VIA Instant Coffee Christmas Blend
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
Directions
  1. Preheat oven (with fan on) to 356 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a small baking dish.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and pour into a blender.
  3. Add banana, milk, and honey to the dry ingredients and blend until combined.
  4. Pour into the greased baking dish and bake for 17 minutes.
