Ingredients

dark honey

1 cup
strawberries

2 tablespoons
thyme

1 tablespoon
lemon juice and zest
Directions

Dice up the strawberries into quarters. Take the thyme leaves off the twiggy sprigs.

In a bowl combine all the other ingredients. Serve on toast or millet porridge.
