Chicken Breast

Fajita seasoning

2 tablespoons
Olive oil or vegetable oil

Bell Pepper, any color

Directions

Begin with trimming the fat off of the chicken breast meat

Springle fajita seasoning on chicken breast and coat well. Squeeze one lime onto seasoned chicken.
Grill or Sautee chicken breast in 2 tablespoons of heated olive oil for 7-8 minutes on each side until meat is cooked well. Remove and place aside

Cut bell pepper into vertical strips and sautee with a little oil

Combine the chicken breasts and sautee again for one minute. Serve fajitas with warm flour or corn tortillas with other condiments such as sour cream, cilantro, salsa and hot sauce.
