white wine or chicken stock

garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon
lemon juice, plus extra for serving

unsalted butter

1/4 teaspoon
red pepper flakes

cornstarch

salt, to taste

black pepper, to taste

1/2 pound
large shrimp, peeled, and deveined

2 teaspoons
parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions

Add all ingredients except the shrimp and parsley to an Anyday dish and mix to combine.

Cook uncovered in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir until well coated. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).

Cook for 3 minutes (stirring halfway through), or until shrimp is orange and cooked through. If needed, continue cooking in 30-second intervals.

Stir the shrimp to coat it in sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
