For frozen salmon, add 1 teaspoon liquid (e.g. water, chicken stock, soy sauce) per salmon fillet to quickly boost the steam. The cooking time will be largely affected by the thickness of the fillet. If necessary add time in 1-minute intervals until the fish is cooked through.
