When you're crunched for time, make your scrambled eggs in the microwave. Add mayo or sour cream for fluffy, soft, and incredibly silky eggs that you'll be excited to start your day with.

Melt butter in the Anyday dish. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk until fully incorporated.

Cook uncovered in the microwave in 30-second intervals for 1.5 - 2 minutes, whisking (not stirring!) each time to achieve the classic scrambled egg curds.

Continue cooking for 15 seconds. On the last whisk, some egg might still be liquid, but as you whisk it will all finish cooking.
