A few years ago I decided to try making my own dip, I mean how hard could it be, right? It took several attempts but finally I arrived at this recipe and I have been making it ever since. You can use any type of potato chip but I think it works best with a ruffled chip. The ingredients are all pretty simple, I had all of them in my spice cupboard and most likely you will too. —Recipes Made With Love

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
minced onion

1 tablespoon
dried parsley

1 teaspoon
onion powder

4 teaspoons
beef bouillon granules

1/4 teaspoon
black pepper

1/2 teaspoon
white sugar

16 ounces
sour cream
Directions

Combine all the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Place the sour cream in a medium bowl and stir in the dry ingredients. I like to use my Rosti bowl with a lid.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before using.
